There's no doubt that this year Christmas is going to be easier than ever.  Whereas last year it was still quite difficult to find a really good selection of Christmas Decorations, Crackers, Tree Lights and luscious cakes and puddings online, this year you're really spoilt for choice.

For essentials such as Christmas Wrapping Paper and ribbon again there's a lovely choice, from mainstream retailers such as John Lewis and House of Fraser to specialist shops so you won't need to be queuing with anyone else this year.

Just a couple of words of advice; yes you can buy everything online, yes there's a tremendous amount to browse through and no, you no longer need to go out to the shops to get everything and carry it back home but please, please don't leave it too late.  The post and the courier services will be totally overworked, even more so because more and more of us are shopping online at Christmas so think ahead and order as early as you can, that way your deliveries will be on time and there'll be no risk of that last minute dash out to the shops.
